Strict No Returns / No Refunds Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Colour, texture, length, or density preference
Installation issues
Styling, cutting, or colouring after delivery
This applies to all hair products, including virgin hair, raw hair, highlighted bundles, wigs, and custom orders.
Consumer Rights Act 2015
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Remedies under the Act apply only where goods are proven to be faulty.
A fault refers strictly to a manufacturing defect (e.g. excessive shedding, severe matting before use, or incorrect item supplied). The following do not constitute faults:
Natural variations in hair texture or colour
Colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings
Hair performance after installation, chemical processing, or improper care
Fault Claims
All fault claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with clear, unedited photographic and video evidence. Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
Claims submitted outside this timeframe or without sufficient evidence will be automatically rejected.
If a fault is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion, in line with statutory obligations.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and dispatched within 7–10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). This timeframe applies to all products, including virgin hair, raw hair, highlighted bundles, wigs, and custom items.
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs processing, or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate. Orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer error will not be refunded or replaced.
Once an order has been dispatched, ownership and responsibility for the parcel transfer to the customer. Lost, delayed, or stolen parcels must be taken up directly with the courier using the tracking information provided.
